The Sixth Sense

Whoa!!! It is very "Tom Cruise in Minority Report"
What do you think of this? Reactions? Would you use this?
I think it's pretty crazy and has quite a few applications, especially for those who have impairments.

PS Her name makes me think of "Patti Mayonnaise" from Doug
